Our vision at LIFTED is to redefine BIPOC leadership by offering non-traditional training, empowering individuals to improve leadership through self-development, and guiding them to identify core beliefs as a transformative tool for charting their unique courses to success. We envision a community where leaders thrive, breaking free from waiting for external validation and realizing they have the power they need within themselves, akin to the timeless wisdom of "The Wizard of Oz."
